Casa Vinicola Zonin’s Corporate Chef Diego Gottardo visited our marketing office in Miami during his visit to the US.
Chef Diego’s cooking is very simple and flavorful! He treated us to a delicious Italian pasta dish and the best thing is he only used five ingredients: broccoli, pine nuts, red pepper, cheese and of course pasta.
Maybe you will feel inspired to make this dish tonight, it pairs perfect with Zonin Prosecco!
In the spirit of the Olympic games… Does anybody see a theme of National pride in the food? Look out for the green, white and red.
Place 8 flutes in the freezer for 20 minutes. Open your bottle of Zonin Prosecco sparkling wine and let it stand in an ice bucket for 5 minutes.
Into a pitcher, pour the 2 cups pureed strawberries. Gently pour in the bottle of prosecco and stir gently to combine. Divide among Champagne flutes and serve.
