DolceVino Ristorante: Shrimp Linguini

Ingredients:

Linguini

Shrimps

Cherry tomatoes

Zucchini

Extra-virgin olive oil

Garlic

Salt

Pepper

  

Recipe:

Start by putting some extra-virgin olive oil and garlic in a pan. Drop the shrimps. Add the cherry tomatoes, salt, pepper and pour a little bit of white wine. Cook everything for 5 minutes at a low flame and then add the zucchini.  Keep cooking for another 10 minutes.

 

In the meantime, prepare the linguini in a pot with salted water. When the linguini are ready, sauté them in the pan together with the tomatoes, zucchini and shrimps. In the end, put them on a nice serving dish, with a shrimp on top.
