Flamestone American Grill: Chilean Sea Bass with Mushrooms

Ingredients:

  • 2 8oz. Chilean sea bass
  • 1/2 cup of heavy cream
  • Avocado
  • Salt + pepper
  • Stone ground mustard
  • Portabello mushrooms
  • 1 cup of spinach
  • Olive oil
  • White wine
  • 1/2 tsp flour
  • 1/2 lemon juice

Recipe:

Sear the sea bass on high heat with olive oil. While sea bass is cooking, cook the wild rice and add some wine to your liking to it.

Add 1/2 tsp of flour, 1 tsp of stone ground mustard, and portabello mushrooms to the sea bass. Add 1/4 cup of heavy cream and a little bit of lemon juice.

Once the sea bass is seared, quickly heat up some spinach. Once everything is ready to be served, add two slices of avocado on top of the sea bass. Enjoy!
