Mad Fish Restaurant: Drunken Shrimp
Ingredients:
Jumbo Shrimp
Fresh squeezed lemon juice
Whole butter
Granulated fresh garlic
Scallions
Grilled lemon
Sliced lemon
Blackening seasoning
Fresh salt & pepper
Recipe:
1. Coat the bottom of pan
2. Add a tsp of fresh garlic
3. Add the shrimp with some green onion
4. Add salt and pepper
5. Sautee for a little bit
6. Add blackening seasoning
7. Deglaze pan with white whine
8. Add sliced lemon wheels and butter
Eat with Cuban bread on the side and enjoy with Zonin Prosecco
