Seafood Tagliolini Negro
Ingredients:
- Tagliolini pasta
- Clams
- Mussels
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Red pepper flakes
- Butter
- Cherry tomatoes
- White wine
Recipe:
To a hot pot, add extra virgin olive oil, red pepper flakes, mussels and clams. Stir everything well and cover for a second to let the mussels and clams open up. At the same time in another pan, cook the tagliolini pasta. Once the mussels and clams have opened up, add white wine, butter, fresh tomatoes and let it all simmer. Once it's all cooked, add pasta over it and drizzle with olive oil for finishing touch.
