Trattoria Sole: Shrimp Fettuccini

Ingredients:

Homemade Fettuccini

Zucchini

Garlic

Shrimp

Cherry tomatoes

Olive oil

Sea salt

Recipe:

  1. Place a little bit of olive oil in pan, add shrimp and pieces of garlic
  2. Add the zucchini and cherry tomatoes with a pint of sea salt
  3. Sautee for a couple of minutes
  4. Take out the shrimp after they have a nice color, and cook the tomatoes and zucchini for a couple of minutes
  5. Take out the garlic and replace the shrimp
  6. Add homemade pasta and mix
  7. Ready to serve and enjoy with Zonin Prosecco
