Yellow Fin Tuna served on a bed of vegetables, topped with Tuna tar tar
First, put salt and organic oil on the tuna fillet. Before placing the fillet in the pan, make sure the pan is very hot. Sear the Tuna for a few minutes.
In a separate pan, cook the carrots and asparagus until soft. Add oil and salt for flavor.
In a bowl, add pepper, salt and organic oil to the Tuna tar tar and stir.
Place the Tuna fillet on the bed of greens and serve the Tuna tar tar on top. Add a garnish, splash of soy sauce, and a drizzle of oil to the dish.
VOILA! Serve with a refreshing glass of Zonin Prosecco and enjoy :)
